Lilly headband

The Lilly headband is a cute and summery headband made in moss stitch with three colors. The headband ties at the back of the neck with 2 I-cord strings. It is worked from I-cord tip to I-cord tip using three strands of Friends Cotton Silk on 6 mm needles. 

The headband is onesize and is a perfect scrap-yarn project. 

Yarn

The Lilly headband is made with 3 strands of Friends Cotton Silk from Hobbii (50 g = 120 m).

For 1 headband you will need around 16 grams of each color (3 different colors).

If you make the headband in 1 solid color, you will need 1 skein. 

The Lilly headband in the picture is made in Friends Cotton Silk in the colors Sapphire (85), Oatmilk (03) and Peach (33).

Recommended needles 

Circular needles 6 mm, 60 or 80 cm. 

Knitting gauge

The Lilly headband has a gauge of 10x10 cm on 14 stitches x 20 rows on 6 mm needles in moss stitch.
