Digital Products
All patterns in the webshop are sold as digital products.
After purchasing a pattern, you will receive an email with a download link. From this link, you can download the pattern as a PDF file to your computer. It’s easy to use, and you can download the file as many times as you like.
Please note that all patterns are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
Return Policy
As the products are digital knitting patterns, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your purchase or receive a refund once the pattern has been delivered. This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
That said, we want you to enjoy your purchase. If you accidentally buy a pattern in the wrong language, you are always welcome to contact us. We’ll be happy to send you the correct version of the same pattern in your preferred language.
